Everything was simply excellent. The breakfast was plentiful, had plenty of food like cereal, fruit and fresh bread. Everyone was caring and courteous. The location of the hotel was magnificent - not too far from Farmers Market. It is set in a very nice area;))

It was an all around good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and in good workimg order. The breakfast was included and got each morning off to a great start. We had dinner one night which was excellent. We played in both pools, and although the spa tub was a bit sluggish, we liked that too.
The dining room carpet needs to be seriously cleaned or replaced. Thats all we can come uo with for negative criticism.

well-appointed room with a few minor issues
I enjoyed a very large room with a comfortable bed and good lighting throughout. The fridge included a freezer space, convenient for my stay, along with excellent Wi-Fi service.
The location felt a bit distant from nearby attractions.

Very well kept old hotel. They gave us a room on the first floor. But as we needed two queen size beds we were rebooked into a room in the main house. There the rooms were clean and beautiful.
Unfortunately very run down in the old age hotel. Would need a basic renovation

The spa suite was spacious and clean. The pool was a huge hit, and we appreciated that the staff fulfilled our requests promptly. The pool and hot tub closed a bit early . It was a great experience, and we would definitely return on our next trip to Maine.

Room was clean - bed was quite comfortable. I like the TV in room and bathroom. Convenient with restaurant and lounge on site.
One of my keys didn't work. Front Desk staff should give a gentle reminder that room keys should not be stored near cell phones. Not a big deal though.

The spa was fantastic, and I loved soaking in the jacuzzi after my amazing massage! They've got great relaxation options with the indoor pool and sauna too. Just wish the fan above the hot tub was cleaner, but it didn't take away from my experience 😊

It was easy to find off the highway. Comfortable. Welcoming. Guests raved about the food as I was checking in "You don't want to miss the breakfast!" The staff were very helpful. For a conference the room was comfortably arranged, temperature and lighting were excellent for a long day of sitting, food was very tasty and accommodated well to multiple diets such as vegetarian and gluten free. The rooms was clean, spacious and very comfortable for a night away from home.
